Role Overview:
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives for our TRAVEL Account. Your purpose is to assist customers with bookings, changes, cancellations, and other travel-related concerns with care and accuracy. This is Work On-Site Only in Lagos.
**Salary Package:** ₱25,000 Monthly
Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and other channels
2. Provide accurate information about travel services and policies
3. Address customer concerns, complaints, and feedback in a courteous and timely manner
4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
5. Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily
6. Work with other teams to resolve issues efficiently
Qualifications and Skills Required:
1. High School or Senior High School Graduate
2. At least 6 months Call Center experience required
3. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
4. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
5. Willing to work on site in Lagos
