Customer Service Rep - Insurance - WNS Eastwood - 25K Package

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are hiring Customer Service Agents for our Insurance Account at WNS Eastwood, Quezon City! Earn up to PHP 25,000 monthly with a virtual interview process.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

- Handle insurance-related customer inquiries

- Provide outstanding customer service and support

- Ensure first-call resolution and customer satisfaction

- Meet performance and quality metrics

QUALIFICATIONS:

- SHS Graduate or completed 2nd Year College (old curriculum)

- At least 1 year BPO voice experience

- Good English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City

- Amenable to shifting schedule and can start ASAP
