We are looking for highly motivated Customer Service Representatives to support our Telco account in the Philippines. This role is ideal for individuals who are committed to providing exceptional customer experiences while working in a dynamic and fast-paced BPO environment.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with account inquiries, billing concerns, technical issues, plan changes, and service requests. You will be expected to deliver accurate information, resolve concerns efficiently, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

Applicants should possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the flexibility to work rotating shifts. Prior BPO experience is an advantage but is not required for candidates who demonstrate strong customer service potential.
