Location: Makati
Salary: ₱18,000 / month

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate product/service information and basic troubleshooting
• Log and track customer interactions, follow up on open issues, and escalate complex cases to appropriate teams
• Maintain customer records and update systems with relevant information
• Meet quality and productivity targets; participate in training and team meetings

Minimum qualifications

• High School / Senior High School Graduate
• No prior contact center (CC) experience required
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, data entry) and comfortable learning new systems
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-focused, patient, and detail-oriented

Customer Service Associate – Healthcare
Location: Makati
Salary: ₱25,000 / month

Key responsibilities

• Handle healthcare-related customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email (patient verification, appointment support, billing/claims follow-up, basic clinical/non-clinical queries depending on assignment)
• Accurately enter and maintain patient and case data in systems and ensure privacy/confidentiality compliance
• Coordinate with clinical teams, insurance partners, and other departments to resolve issues and escalate clinical or complex matters appropriately
• Adhere to quality standards, documentation requirements, and audit processes

Minimum qualifications

• High School / Senior High School Graduate
• Minimum 6 months of combined BPO and healthcare-related experience
• Familiarity with healthcare terminology, claims, or clinical workflows preferred
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple applications
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer-service orientation
