We are seeking *Customer Care Specialists* to support customers across diverse international industries.

Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Handle customer concerns through phone and available support channels.
•⁠ ⁠Provide clear and accurate information.
•⁠ ⁠Assist with account, billing, order, booking, product, and service inquiries.
•⁠ ⁠Troubleshoot basic concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
•⁠ ⁠Maintain professional communication throughout every interaction.
•⁠ ⁠Document all customer interactions accurately.

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Senior High School graduate or above.
•⁠ ⁠Good to excellent English communication skills.
•⁠ ⁠Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
•⁠ ⁠Willing to work shifting schedules.
•⁠ ⁠Willing to work onsite.
•⁠ ⁠BPO experience is an advantage.
•⁠ ⁠Freshers may be considered for selected accounts.
