We’re looking for an experienced Custom Software Engineer to develop, enhance, and optimize custom software solutions using modern development practices. If you have strong expertise in IBM Db2 and Natural and enjoy solving complex technical challenges, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide technical guidance.
Design, code, enhance, and maintain software components across systems and applications.
Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Provide solutions that address business and technical requirements.
Mentor team members and facilitate knowledge sharing.
Identify process improvements and implement development best practices.
Participate in project planning, estimation, and timely delivery of solutions.
Apply Agile methodologies to deliver scalable, high-performing applications.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience with IBM Db2
Expert proficiency in IBM Db2
Strong proficiency in Natural
Strong knowledge of database design and optimization
Experience with SQL and performance tuning
Knowledge of software development methodologies and Agile practices
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong collaboration, leadership, and mentoring abilities
Willing to work onsite in Manila
Willing to work on a shifting schedule
