HIRING NOW: MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS | CONCENTRIX BRIDGETOWNE
Location: Concentrix Bridgetowne, Pasig City
Work Setup: Onsite
Work Schedule: Shifting
Open Positions
1. SALES ACCOUNT
- At least Senior High School Graduate
- With at least 6 months BPO Sales Experience
- Salary: Up to ₱28,000
2. COLLECTIONS ACCOUNT
- At least Senior High School Graduate
- With at least 1 year BPO Collections Experience
- Salary: Up to ₱37,000
3. FRAUD ACCOUNT
- At least Senior High School Graduate
- With at least 1 year BPO Fraud Analyst Experience
- Salary: Up to ₱37,500
4. TECH ACCOUNT
- At least Senior High School Graduate
- With at least 1 year BPO Telco / Tech Account Experience
- Salary: Up to ₱35,000
General Qualifications
- Good communication skills in English
- Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Pasig
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Customer service oriented and target driven
What You’ll Do
- For Sales: Handle outbound/inbound sales and meet sales targets
- For Collections: Assist with overdue accounts and payment arrangements
- For Fraud: Monitor, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions
- For Tech: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for telco/tech products
- Deliver excellent customer service via voice, chat, or email
