Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CRM Lead with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 to lead development, customization, integrations, and enhancement initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on technical experience and the ability to lead development teams while collaborating with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 solutions.
Gather business requirements and provide technical recommendations.
Manage CRM customizations, integrations, and defect resolutions.
Lead developers and ensure timely project delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders and customer teams.
Support Agile development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

Bachelor's Degree.
5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 experience.
Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, HTML, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Experience with Dynamics 365 customization and integrations.
Hands-on experience with Azure technologies.
Strong Power Platform expertise (Power Automate, Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps).
Good understanding of CRM reporting and SSRS.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

Microsoft Dynamics CE Certifications.
ASP.NET MVC experience.
Knowledge of SharePoint, SSIS, SSRS, XML, HTML5, and Web Services.
Experience leading offshore or distributed development teams.

Important Notes

Stable career history preferred.
Current or former Wipro employees are not eligible.
Candidates must be willing to work a hybrid setup in Quezon City on a night shift schedule.
