Are you an experienced Contract Management professional with strong commercial, compliance, and investigation experience?

We are looking for a Contract Specialist who can work closely with contract management teams, account leadership, project teams, and client stakeholders to support commercial objectives, manage contractual risks, and help deliver effective business outcomes.

This role offers an opportunity to work across multiple projects, accounts, and geographies, while building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and contributing to strategic contract and commercial activities.

What You’ll Do

- Support contract management teams across multiple projects and accounts.

- Partner with account leadership and client commercial/business stakeholders to understand priorities, objectives, and opportunities.

- Collaborate with contract management professionals across different projects, accounts, and geographies.

- Identify, assess, escalate, and support the resolution of commercial and contractual risks and issues.

- Work closely with Contract Management and project leadership to develop practical solutions and achieve favorable outcomes for all parties.

- Support pre-award and sales activities, including contract drafting and commercial discussions.

- Collaborate with sales, delivery, and business leadership on deal-shaping activities and potential contractual outcomes.

- Help ensure contractual obligations, commercial considerations, and business requirements are properly addressed.

- Build and maintain trusted relationships with client counterparts and key stakeholders.

- Support investigations and prepare confidential reports for senior leadership when required.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or higher.

- At least 4 years of relevant experience as a Contract Manager.

- Proven experience conducting and/or supervising investigations, including:

- Compliance-related investigations

- Employment/workplace investigations

- Governmental investigations

- Demonstrated ability to prepare confidential investigation reports and provide recommendations to senior leadership regarding associated risks.

- Strong knowledge of local ethics, conduct, compliance, employee rights, obligations, and applicable laws.

- Extensive experience in employee relations and workplace investigations.

- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with client executives and senior stakeholders at different organizational levels.

- Working knowledge of commercial contracting principles, regulations, subcontracting practices, and contractual terms and conditions.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

- Membership in World Commerce & Contracting (formerly IACCM).

- Membership in the National Contract Management Association (NCMA).

- Professional certification in Contract Management, Commercial Management, or a related discipline.

- Experience supporting multinational projects, accounts, or geographically distributed teams.
