Job Title: CIS Functional Support

Shift: 2pm - 11pm (Mid shift)

Work setup: Hybrid (3x onsite) at Zuellig office, Paranaque

Max Budget: flexible based on candidate experience

Required years of relevant experience: 4 to 7 years

JOB PURPOSE:

The CIS Functional Analyst will be responsible for analysing, designing, testing, and implementing interfaces between Zuellig Pharma system and Client system, ensuring seamless data flow and business process integration. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, deep technical expertise in various interface formats and protocols, and a solid understanding of SAP modules and related business processes. The Interface Analyst will work closely with internal teams (both GTS and ZP Markets) and clients to deliver robust and efficient integration solutions.

SCOPE OF WORK

The CIS Functional Analyst is responsible for, but not limited to, the following activities:

Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

o Collaborate with ZP Markets and clients to understand integration requirements, data flows, and business processes.

o Analyze existing systems and data structures to identify integration points and potential challenges.

o Document detailed functional and technical specifications for interfaces, including Process and IT Mapping documentation.

Interface Design:

o Design interface solutions based on gathered requirements, considering scalability, performance, and maintainability.

o Perform data mapping between source and target systems, utilizing SAP standard tables, BAPI tables/fields, or other relevant data sources.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

o Create comprehensive test scripts for various testing phases, including baseline testing, functional testing, systems integration testing (SIT)

o Create comprehensive test scripts for user acceptance testing (UAT), if not provided by clients.

o Execute test cases (including creation of test data), analyze results, and identify defects.

o Facilitate testing with clients.

o Collaborate with development and business teams to resolve issues and ensure the quality of integrated solutions.

o Support regression testing efforts to ensure existing functionalities are not impacted by new integrations.

Deployment and Post-Implementation Support:

o Assist in the deployment of interfaces to production environments.

o Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues, and performing root cause analysis.

o Monitor interface performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• More than 4 years of university studies (BS in Computer Science or equivalent degree, with an appropriate major e.g.), or equivalent experiences in corresponding roles.

 Additional functional-specific qualification (at least 4 to 7 years of relevant experience necessary)

 Experience in independent solution development and implementation (related to the respective domain area), with

self-confidence in discussions and arguments with decision authorities

 Business-fluent English knowledge, in general and specific to the functional area on hand

 Having been a Product Team Members (PTM) with correspondingly deep functional and technical experience in a

related domain (as Engineer, Specialist etc.) strongly recommended

DOMAIN / PRODUCT-SPECIFIC SKILLS:

Strong expertise on the following applications, to support full life cycle implementation:

o Highly Analytical and Data-Oriented:

 Proven ability to analyze complex data sets, identify patterns, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.

 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

o Interface Format Expertise:

 Extensive experience with various interface formats, including XML, X12, IDOC, EDIFACT, CSV, Excel, etc.

 Ability to understand and interpret complex data structures within these formats.

o SAP Mapping Experience:

 Demonstrated experience in report/interface mapping using SAP Standard Tables or BAPI Tables/Fields.

 Familiarity with SAP data models and data dictionary.

o File Transfer Protocol Knowledge:

 Solid understanding and practical experience with different file transfer protocols such as SFTP, API, CPI (Cloud Platform Integration), and AS2.

 Ability to configure and troubleshoot connectivity issues related to these protocols is a plus.

o SAP Module Experience:

 Hands-on experience with SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), MM (Materials

Management), EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) and other modules needed

to support Client Integration/Reporting requirements

 Ability to create and understand end-to-end transactions within these SAP modules.

o Testing Expertise:

 Proficient in test script creation and execution across various testing phases, including Baseline Testing, Functional Testing, Systems Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Regression Testing, which shall include test data creation.

 Experience with test management tools is a plus.

o Business Process Familiarity:

 Familiarity with key sales, distribution, and warehouse processes, including Inbound Shipment, Quality Assurance (QA), Outbound Order, Customer Returns, Warehouse Management, Subcontracting/Repackaging, etc.

 Ability to understand the business impact of integration solutions.

o Communication and Collaboration:

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

o SAP EWM HANA

o SAP BusinessObjects

o HeidiSQL

o FileZilla

o CDATA Arc

o VisualCron

o EZDetach

o Notepad++
