POSITION TITLE: Cloud Migration Engineer

WORK SETUP: Onsite in Cebu City

Work shift: Shifting

Summary: As a Cloud Migration Engineer, you will be responsible for assessing existing solutions and infrastructure for migration to the cloud. Your typical day will involve planning, delivering, and implementing application and data migration with scalable, high-performance solutions using private and public cloud technologies to drive next-generation business outcomes.

Job Summary:

As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the applications are not only functional but also aligned with the overall business objectives. You will be responsible for analyzing user needs and developing software solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME

• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions

• Contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful cloud migration.

• Develop migration strategies and plans for applications and data.

• Implement and execute migration activities according to project timelines.

• Monitor and troubleshoot migration processes to ensure smooth transition.

• Provide post-migration support and optimization services.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP Basis Administration

• Strong understanding of cloud migration principles and best practices.

• Experience in implementing cloud migration projects.

• Knowledge of private and public cloud technologies.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve migration-related issues.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.

• This position is based in Cebu

OTHERS:

• Must not be a job hopper who only works for less than a year per company

• Should not be a former or current employee of Accenture

• Candidates must be residents of the country and eligible to work in the Philippines
