Description: Manage client service operations and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and service quality. Lead and support client service teams, monitor performance and service-level metrics, provide coaching and feedback, and resolve operational issues. Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements, improve processes, and ensure contractual and service expectations are met. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with company policies and client requirements.
