Job Title: Customer Success Manager – Japanese



Work Setup: Work From Home (Remote)

Start Date: July 31

Salary Package: PHP 145,000 – 150,000/month





Language Proficiency:





  • Japanese: JLPT N1 – Required




  • English: B2 level – Professional proficiency







Job Overview:



We are seeking a dedicated and fluent Japanese-speaking Customer Success Manager to manage client relationships and ensure successful post-sales experiences. You will be responsible for handling B2B customer accounts, supporting them through multiple channels, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention in a remote setup.





Minimum Requirements:





  • At least 1–2 years of experience in B2B/Account ManagementMandatory




  • Prior experience in Customer Success, Client Services, or Account Management




  • ‍ Comfortable handling clients via video conferencing, email, and other digital channels




  • Experience in multi-channel support (phone, chat, email, web, etc.) is a plus




  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) – preferred







Key Responsibilities:





  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention




  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders through regular check-ins, QBRs, and digital touchpoints




  • Identify upsell or expansion opportunities and work closely with sales or product teams




  • Address client inquiries or concerns promptly via email, chat, phone, or video calls




  • Analyze account performance and provide insights or solutions to improve customer success




  • Use CRM tools to document interactions, track metrics, and manage workflow




  • Act as a trusted advisor and voice of the customer within the organization

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in Japanese (N1) and English (B2)




  • Organized, analytical, and results-driven




  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
