CIS Functional Support (SAP Integration & Interface Analyst)

Location: Parañaque (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)
Work Schedule: Mid Shift (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced CIS Functional Support professional to join a dynamic IT team responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting system integrations between enterprise platforms and client systems. This role is ideal for individuals with strong analytical skills, SAP functional expertise, and hands-on experience in interface design, testing, and deployment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable, and efficient integration solutions that support critical business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business and integration requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
Analyze existing systems, data flows, and business processes to identify integration opportunities and challenges.
Prepare functional and technical documentation, including process flows and interface mapping.
Design scalable and maintainable interface solutions based on business requirements.
Perform data mapping using SAP standard tables, BAPIs, and other relevant data sources.
Develop and execute comprehensive test scripts for Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, and Baseline Testing.
Create test data and facilitate testing activities with stakeholders.
Troubleshoot defects and coordinate with development and business teams to resolve issues.
Support interface deployment to production environments.
Provide post-implementation support, monitor interface performance, and perform root cause analysis.
Recommend continuous improvements to integration processes and system performance.

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
4–7 years of relevant experience in SAP functional support, system integration, or interface analysis.
Experience in independently delivering solution development and implementation projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Business-level proficiency in English.

Technical Skills

Strong experience with interface formats such as:
- XML
- X12
- IDOC
- EDIFACT
- CSV
- Microsoft Excel
Experience with SAP report and interface mapping using:
- SAP Standard Tables
- BAPI Tables/Fields
Knowledge of file transfer technologies including:
- SFTP
- API
- SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)
- AS2
Hands-on experience with SAP modules such as:
- SAP SD (Sales and Distribution)
- SAP MM (Materials Management)
- SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)
Strong understanding of end-to-end business transactions across SAP modules.
Experience creating and executing test plans across all testing phases.

Preferred Knowledge

Experience with one or more of the following tools and technologies is an advantage:

SAP ERP / ECC
SAP EWM
SAP BusinessObjects
HeidiSQL
FileZilla
VisualCron
Notepad++
Integration and reporting tools

Business Knowledge

Familiarity with business processes such as:

Inbound Shipments
Quality Assurance (QA)
Outbound Orders
Customer Returns
Warehouse Management
Subcontracting and Repackaging
