CIS Functional Support Analyst (SAP Integration)

Location: Parañaque City (Zuellig Office)

Work Setup: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote)

Work Schedule: Mid Shift (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

Salary: Competitive (Based on Skills and Experience)

Join Our Team as a CIS Functional Support Analyst!

Are you an experienced SAP Functional Analyst with expertise in system integrations and interface development? We're looking for a highly analytical and solution-driven professional to support end-to-end SAP integration projects, ensuring seamless connectivity between enterprise systems and client platforms.

If you have strong SAP functional knowledge, interface design experience, and enjoy working on enterprise integration projects, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business and system integration requirements.
Design scalable and efficient interface solutions between enterprise systems.
Develop functional and technical specifications, including process mapping and IT documentation.
Perform SAP data mapping using standard SAP tables, BAPIs, and related data structures.
Create and execute test scripts for Functional Testing, SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing.
Support interface deployment, production rollout, and post-implementation activities.
Troubleshoot interface issues and perform root cause analysis.
Monitor system integrations and recommend continuous improvements.
Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure high-quality integration solutions that support business operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
4–7 years of relevant SAP Functional Support or SAP Integration experience.
Strong experience with:
SAP ERP/ECC HANA
SAP EWM HANA
SAP SD, MM, and EWM modules
SAP BusinessObjects
Hands-on experience with:
XML
IDOC
EDIFACT
X12
CSV
Excel
API Integration
SFTP
SAP CPI
AS2
Experience with testing methodologies including SIT, UAT, Functional Testing, and Regression Testing.
Strong understanding of warehouse, logistics, sales, and distribution business processes.
Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
