Cash Application Analyst – B2B Accounts Receivable

Onsite in Aura, Taguig | Night Shift | ₱30,000 – ₱35,000

About the Role
Be the reason our books balance and our cash flows smoothly. As a Cash Application Analyst, you'll own the accurate and timely posting of customer payments, tackle unapplied cash, and reconcile accounts with precision. Your work will directly reduce exceptions, improve cash visibility, and keep our order-to-cash engine running at full speed. If you're detail-obsessed, collaborative, and ready to work US shifts from our Taguig office, this is your chance to make a measurable impact in a fast-paced B2B environment.

What You'll Do

Process Payments with Precision: Apply customer payments received via ACH, Wire, Lockbox, and other channels—accurately and on time, every time.

Investigate & Resolve Exceptions: Dig into unapplied or unidentified cash, perform payment research, and clear discrepancies so nothing sits unresolved.

Reconcile & Correct: Perform account reconciliations, resolve short payments, and work with Collections, Billing, and customers to fix payment issues at the source.

Support Month-End Close: Assist with month-end activities and maintain complete, audit-ready transaction records.

Meet Performance Standards: Consistently hit SLAs, productivity targets, and quality benchmarks while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

What You'll Bring

Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience: 2–5 years in B2B Cash Application, Accounts Receivable, or Order-to-Cash processes—ideally within a shared services, SaaS, or technology environment.

Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms. Exposure to AR tools is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office is essential.

Analytical Strength: A sharp eye for detail and the ability to investigate, reconcile, and resolve payment exceptions in a high-volume setting.

Communication & Collaboration: Strong verbal and written English skills. You can work effectively with Collections, Billing, Disputes, and customers to resolve issues quickly.

Flexibility: Comfortable working night/US shifts to support customers across delivery locations.
