Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst/Reporting Analyst

Work Location: Alphaland, Makati
Work Setup & Schedule: Onsite/Shifting
HC:3

Overview:

Responsible for generating insights through data analysis to support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and maintain reports and dashboards
•Analyze performance metrics and trends
•Provide actionable insights to stakeholders
•Ensure data accuracy and integrity

Basic Qualifications:
•At least 1–2 years experience in reporting or analytics BPO preferred
•Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of SQL/BI tools is a plus
•Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
•Excellent data visualization and communication skills
