Overview
Generate insights through data analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards
- Analyze performance metrics and trends
- Provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity
Requirements
- 1–2 years experience in reporting or analytics, BPO experience preferred
- Advanced MS Excel skills; SQL/BI tools knowledge is a plus
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Good data visualization and communication skills
