Role Overview
The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving client acquisition through strategic prospecting, relationship building, and solution-based selling. This role focuses on identifying client needs, engaging key decision-makers, and contributing to revenue growth through successful partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients, including multinational corporations and large enterprises
- Generate leads and schedule client meetings on a weekly basis
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Conduct client meetings (virtual or in-person) to present services and solutions
- Manage and update sales pipeline and activity trackers regularly
- Support email communication, calendar coordination, and follow-ups
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client engagement
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment solutions
- Attend training sessions and perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in business development, sales, or related role
- Experience in IT or BPO recruitment industry is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency required)
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
- Well-connected with a strong professional network is highly preferred
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and results-driven
- Willing to travel when required
- Can render at least 4 hours per day
