Overview:

We are hiring Trainers for H&R Block Seasonal Account to be assigned onsite in Sucat. This is a contractual opportunity until end of April 2027 with competitive pay up to PHP 35,000 plus performance bonus. If you have BPO training experience, apply now.

Job Details:

Role: Trainer - H&R Block Seasonal Account

Location: Sucat - Onsite

Work Setup: Onsite - Shifting Schedule

Employment Type: Contractual until end of April 2027

Salary: PHP 25,500 - 35,000 Basic + Up to PHP 2,500 Performance Bonus

Headcount: Multiple

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver training materials including presentations, training guides/manuals, and course evaluations

- Coordinate and manage training schedules based on business requirements

- Execute specialized training projects and activities according to established principles

- Oversee implementation of short-term team activities and initiatives

- Improve day-to-day training activities and processes

- Supervise work of less experienced professionals and provide professional expertise

- Manage a team of Individual Contributors and ensure professional excellence

Qualifications:

- 6 months to 1 year of Training Experience in the BPO industry

- Minimum 2 years total experience in the BPO industry

- Familiar with adult learning principles, curriculum design, or training methodologies

- Excellent English communication skills both oral and written

- Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to adapt training delivery to different learning styles and paces

- Experience in instructional design or Learning and Development is a plus

- Proficient in using learning management systems and training tools

- Important Note: Former employees of Teleperformance are not eligible for rehire directly or through third party
