BPO Insurance Account - EXL Pasay City - Up to 22K Salary

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are hiring for our Insurance Voice Account (MENDOTA) at EXL Pasay! Earn up to PHP 22,000 package. This is an onsite role for experienced voice agents.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Handle insurance customer inquiries via voice channel

- Provide accurate information and assistance

- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism

- Meet quality and performance metrics

QUALIFICATIONS:

- At least Senior High School Graduate

- Minimum 1 year BPO Voice experience required

- Excellent English communication skills

- Strong customer service orientation

- Willing to work onsite in Pasay and shifting schedule
