Position: Customer Support Representative (CSR)
Process: Voice
⏱ Shift: Rotational Shifts / Night Shift
Location: (Bacolod) Onsite / Work From Office

Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound & outbound customer calls professionally
Resolve customer queries via phone, email, or chat
Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain proper documentation of interactions

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
Freshers & Experienced candidates welcome
Good communication skills in English
Basic computer knowledge
