Job Title: Financial Customer Support Representative (BPO)
Role Overview: Provide financial customer support for inbound/outbound queries related to accounts, payments, billing, transactions, and financial products on behalf of clients. Deliver quality service, resolve issues promptly, and maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answer customer calls/chats/emails and address finance-related inquiries.
– Troubleshoot and resolve payment or account issues.
– Document all interactions and update account information.
– Adhere to compliance, data privacy, and quality standards.
Skills: Strong communication, customer focus, basic financial process knowledge, CRM proficiency.
