Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for Sales Training to lead the design, development, and delivery of high-impact sales training programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing sales team competencies through effective curriculum design, facilitation, and performance support. This role requires a blend of direct sales experience, proven training expertise, and strong leadership skills.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Design, develop, and update sales training curricula, materials, and performance support tools aligned with business objectives.

  • Facilitate engaging and effective training sessions for sales teams, including new hire onboarding and continuous development programs.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of trainers.

  • Partner with sales leadership to identify skill gaps, define training needs, and measure the impact of training on sales performance and KPIs.

  • Manage multiple training projects and coordinate initiatives across different functions.

  • Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

  • Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to ensure training strategy supports organizational goals.



Essential Qualifications:




  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 1 year of hands-on sales experience in a corporate or structured sales environment.

  • Minimum of 1 year of professional training experience in a BPO or similar fast-paced operational setting, with a background as a Trainer, Training Supervisor, or Assistant Training Manager.

  • Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery.

  • Demonstrated leadership and people management experience.

  • Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
