WORK SETUP: Onsite – Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3, Taguig

WORK SHIFT: Night Shift (Weekends Off)

Overall Purpose

The Capability Development Manager coordinates and oversees internal and external training operations for clients. This position establishes and manages relationships between business stakeholders, Capability Development (CD) team, clients, and other stakeholders across various projects.

Skills and Qualifications

7 to 8 years of relevant experience in providing Training and Development – required

5 years of supervisory experience – required

Experience in Training and Development with a focus on Regulatory Compliance – AML or Transaction Monitoring – required

Responsibilities

Lead the training team at the client location or assigned Accenture location

Ensure the framework is in place for coaching, training, mentoring, and gaining domain expertise on client-specific processes and products

Ensure that effective facilitation, technical, domain, and compliance skills are up to date for trainers; manage operational and client alignment

Manage day-to-day training operations and administration

Set up training processes and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting

Lead and drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews for training

Knowledge capture & transfer

Collaborate with and contribute to projects across the country and other projects as needed

Ensure calibration and uniformity in capability development offerings across clients and projects

Assess relevant training needs for individuals and organizations, in consultation with departmental heads

Stay informed as to relevant skill and qualifications levels required by employees for effective performance

Produce plans to meet training and development needs, manage training delivery and measurement

Monitor, measure, and report on employees’ training and development plans and achievements

Develop self and maintain knowledge in the relevant field

Interact with training vendors, clients, and stakeholders; attend related business meetings and reviews

Ensure calibration between trainers

Aid the Operations team in improving performance on customer service, team motivation, and teamwork

Ensure current knowledge is updated regularly through huddles, monitoring, etc.

Support Mobilization Leads and Solution Architects by creating and deploying action plans and solutions (if required)

Ensure training content and talent framework is developed for new businesses

Apply advanced analytical skills in assessing concepts and alternatives

Additional Information

Open to applicants who are currently in the Philippines and already have the right to live and work in this country

Must not have an active or recent application with Accenture
