Risk and Compliance Sr Analyst
Location: Taguig / Cubao, Quezon City, Philippines
Work Setup: Onsite / Hybrid
Shift: Night Shift | Weekends Off

Job Summary
We are looking for a Risk and Compliance Sr Analyst with 3–5 years of experience in KYC, Client Due Diligence, AML, and risk/compliance processes. The ideal candidate should have QC and supervisory experience, or strong SME-level knowledge with experience coaching and supporting team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Assist and support the Business Acceptance Unit with Client Due Diligence in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
Research corporate structures and identify beneficial ownership using databases and other appropriate sources.
Support AML-related workstreams and other relevant Risk policies.
Perform quality control activities and ensure compliance with established procedures and standards.
Coach and support team members to improve performance and process quality.
Provide SME-level guidance on KYC, AML, and risk/compliance-related activities.
Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in KYC.
Required experience in Quality Control (QC) and supervisory activities; alternatively, strong SME knowledge may be considered.
Experience coaching team members and helping improve their performance.
QA experience is an added advantage.
Knowledge of Client Due Diligence (CDD), AML regulations, corporate structures, and beneficial ownership.
Strong analytical, research, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a night-shift environment.
Eligibility
Applicants must currently be in the Philippines.
Candidates must already have the legal right to live and work in the Philippines.
