Sourcing and Procurement Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sourcing and Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing initiatives, procurement transformation projects, and business innovation. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, program management, and stakeholder engagement skills, along with expertise in procurement technologies and strategic cost optimization.

This role involves working closely with senior client leadership, managing large-scale transformation projects, identifying business opportunities, and delivering innovative procurement solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, strategic priorities, and leadership objectives to deliver effective sourcing and procurement solutions.
Collaborate with clients to develop and execute procurement transformation and innovation strategies.
Establish trusted relationships with senior executives and C-suite stakeholders.
Lead sourcing and procurement transformation projects, including strategic cost reduction, sourcing optimization, procurement process improvement, and intelligent procurement.
Leverage procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Zycus, and Jaggaer to improve operational efficiency.
Drive responsible and resilient procurement initiatives and support procurement activities related to mergers and acquisitions.
Lead and manage medium to large teams, providing coaching, guidance, and professional development.
Oversee current-state process assessments, procurement maturity evaluations, technology assessments, and business case development.
Develop transformation roadmaps and oversee the successful implementation of recommended solutions.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth, profitability, and business development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful transformation programs.
Develop industry insights, thought leadership materials, and innovative procurement solutions to strengthen market presence.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, or a related field.

Required Skills and Experience

Relevant experience in sourcing and procurement management, strategic sourcing, and procurement transformation.
Strong leadership skills with excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, mediation, and coaching abilities.
Proven program and project management capabilities, including budget management, project planning, time management, and decision-making.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable business insights.
Experience managing client relationships and engaging with senior leadership.
Knowledge of procurement technologies such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Zycus, or Jaggaer.
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and work effectively in a multicultural environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex business challenges.
Excellent presentation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.

Work Location and Eligibility

Must be willing to work onsite or in a hybrid arrangement in Taguig, Philippines.
Must be flexible to work on a shifting schedule.
