SAP Sales and Distribution Lead Consultant

Location: Taguig, Philippines

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and client-focused SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) Lead Consultant to provide functional support, solution enhancements, process optimization, and stability across a complex global SAP environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP SD, ECC, and S/4HANA, along with experience leading teams and coordinating cross-functional activities.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary functional lead for the client's SAP SD landscape, ensuring seamless day-to-day support and system stability.
Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and enhancements in collaboration with clients and internal support teams.
Analyze and troubleshoot complex SD issues across Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, and Logistics Execution.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying process optimization and automation opportunities within the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process.
Coordinate with FI/CO, MM, PS, WMS, and technical teams to deliver integrated end-to-end solutions.
Support period-end and quarter-end closing activities to ensure accurate and timely OTC processing.
Prepare functional documentation, impact assessments, specifications, and test scripts for change requests and system updates.
Lead workshops, estimate workloads, and coordinate project activities with various stakeholders.
Lead and mentor team members to ensure high-quality and consistent service delivery.
Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, issue management, and functional advisory support.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of SAP experience, with strong specialization in SAP Sales and Distribution.
More than 10 years of hands-on SAP SD experience.
Strong experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, particularly in support and enhancement projects.
Strong understanding of Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, Credit Management, and Logistics Execution.
Experience with WMS interfaces, eCommerce processes, and retail processes, including opening new shops/subsidiaries.
Strong integration knowledge with SAP FICO, MM, PS, and other SAP modules.
Proven team leadership and people management experience.
Strong project management and coordination skills.
Experience leading workshops and preparing functional specifications.
Ability to provide workload estimations for new requests and projects.
Proven ability to independently lead workstreams in a client-facing support environment.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with ITIL service management processes.
Willingness to work onsite once a week in McKinley, Taguig, on a mid-shift schedule.
