Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer (Software Engineer)

Location: Makati City, Philippines
Work Setup: TBD
Shift: Mid Shift (10:00 AM / 11:00 AM PST/PHT)
Experience: 2–3 Years

About the Role:
We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with strong hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform development. The role involves designing, developing, configuring, integrating, and supporting scalable CRM solutions that improve business operations and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop Dynamics 365 solutions, including custom components, plugins, workflows, and integrations.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications using native capabilities and Power Platform.
• Develop system integrations and support Dataverse, data modeling, migration, and data quality activities.
• Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and release management.
• Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement enhancements.
• Work with business analysts, product owners, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security policies, and enterprise architecture guidelines.
• Maintain technical documentation for solution support and knowledge transfer.
• Support Agile delivery and DevOps practices.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development.
• Strong experience in Dynamics 365 CRM customization and configuration.
• Experience with Dataverse and API/integration development.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, and JavaScript.
• Experience with system integrations, data handling, and solution deployment.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:
• Azure services such as Logic Apps, Functions, and Service Bus.
• CI/CD pipelines and release management.
• Azure DevOps.
• CRM business processes including Sales, Service, Finance, or Operations.
• Power Platform development and automation.

Important:
Candidates with strong hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience will be prioritized. Relevant Dynamics 365 project experience should be clearly highlighted in the CV.
