HR Service Delivery Associate Manager – Payroll

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HR Service Delivery Associate Manager with strong expertise in end-to-end payroll processing and SAP Payroll. The role will oversee payroll operations, ensure accurate and timely pay processing, support audits and reporting, and manage post-payroll activities while driving team performance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the escalation point for team and customer issues.
Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, including Gross-to-Net calculations and pay distribution.
Conduct payroll audit activities and ensure accuracy and compliance.
Produce General Ledger feeds and payroll reports.
Manage post-payrun activities and required vendor/government data distribution.
Drive operational metrics, performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve contractual and organizational objectives.
Participate in strategic and annual planning activities.
Develop and support team members under the reporting line.

Qualifications:

7–8 years of relevant payroll experience.
Minimum 5 years of payroll supervisory experience.
Strong end-to-end payroll processing experience.
SAP Payroll experience is required.
Willing to work in a hybrid setup in Taguig/BGC.
Willing to work on a day shift.
Must have the legal right to live and work in the Philippines.
Candidates previously or currently employed with Accenture are not eligible.
Must not have an active Workday profile with Accenture.
