Job Description

We are looking for a Capital Markets Operations – Settlements Senior Analyst to oversee critical trade operations, including pre-matching, trade matching, inventory management, reconciliations, and exception handling.

The successful candidate will collaborate with Front Office, Middle Office, European operational teams, and external counterparties to ensure accurate and timely trade settlements, minimize operational risks, and maintain efficient trade lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with European and local operations teams to ensure seamless trade processing and timely issue resolution.
Supervise trade pre-matching activities, validating trade economics and settlement instructions.
Ensure accurate matching of internal trades against external market trades.
Monitor and resolve unmatched trades, settlement discrepancies, and aged outstanding items.
Lead investigations into settlement breaks, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Oversee inventory management, including position monitoring, stock movements, and reconciliations.
Identify and process depot transfers based on inventory balances and ladder positions.
Ensure accurate and timely capture and processing of trade lifecycle events.
Manage claims investigations and coordinate resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor, escalate, and report failed trades, unmatched instructions, inventory discrepancies, and operational risks.
Serve as a primary operational contact for Front Office, Middle Office, execution brokers, and external counterparties.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in trade settlements, supporting physical and/or financial trading products.
Knowledge of trade matching, settlement operations, inventory management, and exception handling.
Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and a control-oriented approach to trade processing.
Ability to manage time-sensitive transactions and meet strict settlement deadlines.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
Willingness to work fully onsite in BGC, Taguig, on a night shift schedule.
Flexibility to work non-standard hours aligned with Asia-Pacific trading desks and provide coverage during Indian market holidays.
Must not be a current or former Accenture employee.
Must not have an active Accenture Workday profile.
