Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Process Designer with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Cost Management to analyze, design, and optimize business workflows. The role will focus on identifying process inefficiencies, gathering detailed business requirements, developing use cases, and recommending solutions that improve operational effectiveness.

The candidate will collaborate with business users and cross-functional stakeholders to drive process improvements and establish continuous monitoring and feedback mechanisms to support ongoing optimization.

Roles & Responsibilities

Work independently and develop into a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Participate actively in team discussions and provide solutions to business process challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to drive consensus on process improvements.
Analyze existing workflows and identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
Develop and maintain detailed process documentation and workflow diagrams.
Translate business requirements into clear technical requirements and use cases.
Support change management initiatives and communicate process changes effectively.
Continuously monitor process performance and recommend improvements.
Design feedback and monitoring mechanisms to support continuous process optimization.

Professional & Technical Skills

Expert proficiency in Oracle Cloud Cost Management.
Strong knowledge of cloud-based financial management systems.
Good understanding of cost control methodologies.
Experience with Oracle Procurement Cloud is an advantage.
Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
Experience with process modeling tools and workflow techniques.
Knowledge of data analysis and reporting for business decision-making.
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Candidate Eligibility

Minimum 2 years of relevant hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Cost Management.
Candidates must currently be based in the Philippines.
Must have the legal right to live and work in the Philippines.
Must be willing to work onsite in Manila with a shifting schedule.
