We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist (Japanese Bilingual) to support our Japanese operations. The role involves processing invoices, performing 3-way matching, executing payment runs, supporting month-end closing, resolving payment discrepancies, and communicating with Japan-based vendors in both Japanese and English.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, P2P, or General Accounting.

Business-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1/N2 preferred; strong N3 considered) and fluent English.

Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Workday).

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with Japanese business practices.

Former Teleperformance employees are not eligible for rehire.
