Description / Requirements

Job title: Art Director
Work set up: Onsite Tech Tower, Cebu Business Park
Work shift: (EST Gen shift) 9AM to 6PM
Salary: 50k-100k (max)
Experience: 5-7years
Start date: ASAP

Qualifications:
• College Grad/Post grad
• 5+ years of graphic design experience in print with a strong branding focus, including team leadership and a clear, thoughtful approach to space and typography in print design.
• Strong preference with experience in fashion design and visuals
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Proven ability to design visually compelling print pieces with strong spatial design ability, typography and color usage.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Showcase adaptable and responsive behaviour everyday
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a strong ability to follow directions and ensure accuracy in execution.
• Good to have an experience in fashion retail
• Language Proficiency Level: English (B1)
• Not a job hopper
• Must not be a present or former employee of Wipro

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually compelling print designs that align with brand identity, demonstrating strong typography, spatial composition, and attention to detail
• Consistently uphold high standards of speed, precision, and visual quality across all work
• Implement design changes efficiently and accurately throughout the creative process
• Apply feedback from partners and creative teams to refine designs and meet deadlines
• Ensure brand consistency across all designs, following guidelines set by creative leadership
• Stay current with design and social media trends, particularly in the fashion and retail industries
