We're #Hiring: Workday Payroll Specialist

We're looking for an experienced Workday Payroll Specialist to join our team!

Location: Eton Centris, Quezon Avenue, Quezon City, Manila
Work Setup: Hybrid (2 Days WFH | 3 Days RTO)
Shift: Night Shift
Salary: PHP 125,000 – PHP 128,000
Start Date: ASAP

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree
Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll or Workday modules such as Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, Absence Management, Time & Attendance, Integration, Security, or Data Conversion
Experience with Workday technologies including Advanced Custom Reports, EIB, Core Connectors, PICOF/PECI, Workday Studio, and Workday Web Services
Knowledge of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, system administration, portal configuration, and integrations (REST/SOAP) is an advantage
Experience with Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban)
Working knowledge of software engineering principles
Experience with technologies such as C#, C++, Angular, Node.js, SQL, Python, Azure, REST APIs, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, or similar is a plus

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-driven with the ability to work independently
Strong planning, organization, and multitasking skills
Adaptable and able to perform well under pressure

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide subject matter expertise in Workday Payroll and related Workday modules
• Support the software development lifecycle for enterprise applications
• Deploy, configure, and support business applications
• Configure, customize, and integrate Workday with enterprise systems such as SAP
• Maintain and enhance existing solutions through debugging and minor code enhancements
