About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Workday Payroll Specialist to support the implementation, configuration, integration, and ongoing enhancement of Workday Payroll and related HR modules. In this role, you will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable HR technology solutions, optimize business processes, and support enterprise applications within a collaborative Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, customize, and support Workday Payroll and other Workday modules.

- Provide functional and technical expertise across Workday solutions, including Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Integration, Security, and Data Conversion.

- Develop and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, PICOF/PECI, and Workday Web Services.

- Configure and integrate enterprise applications with internal systems such as SAP.

- Support software development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.

- Troubleshoot issues, enhance existing configurations, and implement system improvements.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Participate in Agile delivery methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

- Experience working in Agile development environments is an advantage.

Eligibility (Non-Negotiable)

- Minimum 5 years of relevant Workday experience is required.

- Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll or one or more Workday modules (Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Integration, Security, or Data Conversion) is mandatory.

- Experience with Workday technologies such as EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, PICOF/PECI, or Workday Web Services is required.

- Knowledge of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery or ServiceNow administration is an advantage.

- Candidates must be willing to work a hybrid setup (2 WFH / 3 onsite) in Quezon City on a permanent night shift.

- Applicants should demonstrate stable employment history (not a frequent job hopper).
