Are you an experienced Workday Compensation & Benefits professional looking for your next opportunity? Join our team and help design, configure, and optimize enterprise Workday solutions in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

Serve as the SME for Workday Compensation & Benefits.
Configure, customize, and support Workday applications.
Build and maintain integrations with enterprise systems, including SAP.
Support the software development lifecycle and implement system enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable HR technology solutions.

What We're Looking For

Strong experience with Workday Compensation & Benefits and one or more Workday modules (Core HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, Integration, Security, or Data Conversion).

Hands-on experience with Workday tools such as EIB, Workday Studio, Custom Reports, Core Connectors, or Workday Web Services.

Experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, enterprise integrations, Agile methodologies, or technologies such as Java, Python, SQL, Azure, and REST APIs is a plus.
