Location: Eastwood, Quezon City - Onsite

Salary: Up to PHP 25,000 Package

ABOUT US - JOIN OUR INSURANCE TEAM IN EASTWOOD:

Join our team as a Customer Service Representative for our Insurance Account at WNS Eastwood, Quezon City! Earn up to PHP 25,000 monthly with a virtual interview process!

YOUR ROLE:

- Handle insurance-related customer inquiries and concerns

- Deliver outstanding customer service and support

- Assist customers with account and policy concerns

- Ensure first-call resolution and customer satisfaction

- Meet performance and quality metrics

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Education: Senior High School Graduate or completed 2nd Year College (old curriculum)

- Experience: At least 1 year BPO voice experience required

- Communication: Good English communication skills

- Work Setup: Willing to work onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City

- Schedule: Amenable to shifting schedule and can start ASAP
