About the Role:

Wipro Cebu is mass hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Premium Airlines / Travel Account. Perfect opportunity for candidates with excellent English communication skills and passion for travel and customer service. Build your BPO career with a global travel brand.

Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with flight bookings, reservations, modifications, and cancellations

- Handle general travel inquiries with empathy and professionalism

- Resolve customer issues efficiently and provide accurate information

- Document all customer interactions properly and accurately

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience

- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets

Qualifications:

Option 1: For College Graduates

- College Graduate - With or without BPO experience are welcome

- Must have C1 level English - Excellent communication skills required

- With close to standard American English accent

Option 2: For Undergraduates

- Completed at least 2nd year in college with no failing subjects

- At least 6 months BPO experience required

- Good to excellent English communication skills

Additional Requirements:

- Willing to work 100% onsite in Wipro Cebu

- Willing to be assigned to Airlines / Travel account

- Amenable to shifting schedule and can start ASAP
