WORK ON-SITE

Position: CSR / Advanced Customer Support Specialist
Campaign Type: Chat / Non-Voice
Start Date: September 9, 2026
Salary: Up to ₽45,000

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist with advanced skills to handle complex and sensitive customer cases through chat and email for a priority campaign. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills (CEFR C2 - verbal and written) and at least 2 years of customer service experience, including experience in handling escalations or complex customer concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complex and sensitive customer cases through chat and email
- Manage concerns involving money movement, identity verification, fraud, account integrity, and regulatory compliance
- Handle high-risk customer interactions, including social media and press escalations

Preferred Experience:
Candidates with experience in the following areas are highly encouraged to apply:
- Banking
- Fintech / Financial Services
- Regulated industries
- Fraud prevention
- Identity Verification / KYC
- Compliance

- CRM platforms
