Job Responsibilities

Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports accurately using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
Perform 3-way matching of purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoices.
Prepare and execute payment runs (wire transfers, ACH, checks).
Assist with month-end closing activities, including AP accruals, journal entries, and reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, audit standards, and tax regulations.
Manage vendor inquiries and resolve payment and invoice discrepancies in Mandarin and English.
Translate AP-related documents and communications between Mandarin and English when needed.

Qualifications

Open to Filipino (Native and Non-Native Mandarin speakers).
Business-level proficiency in Mandarin (HSK Level 5/6 preferred; strong HSK Level 4 considered) and English.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 to 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), or General Accounting.
Experience with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or other ERP systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
Shared Services/BPO experience and knowledge of China's VAT are an advantage.
