Location: Cebu City - Onsite | Salary: Up to PHP 25,000 Package

Join *ResultsCX Cebu for our Telecommunications Account*! We are hiring Customer Service Representatives with salary up to *PHP 25,000 package* depending on your BPO experience. Virtual interview process available!

*YOUR ROLE:*

- Handle telecommunications customer inquiries via voice channel

- Provide troubleshooting and account support

- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally

- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores

- Achieve KPIs and quality targets

*QUALIFICATIONS:*

- Education: At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate

- Experience: Minimum 6 months BPO voice experience required

- Communication: Strong communication skills in English

- Work Setup: Willing to work onsite in Cebu City

- Schedule: Can work on a shifting schedule and start ASAP
