Job Title: USRN Training Specialist

Account: Hartford Account

Compensation: PHP 60,000 Fixed Package + Full Benefits

Work Setup: Hybrid / Temporary WFH | Shifting Schedule

Locations: BGC Taguig | Cebu | Davao | Clark, Pampanga

Are you an active USRN passionate about adult learning, coaching, and clinical operations? We are seeking two USRN Training Specialists to drive instruction for our flagship Hartford Account. Combine your Utilization Management experience and teaching talent to facilitate high-impact onboarding, sharpen clinical skills, and build top-tier healthcare teams.

Core Responsibilities

Training Facilitation: Lead comprehensive classroom and virtual instruction for new hires covering Utilization Management workflows and clinical guidelines.

Curriculum & Knowledge Transfer: Translate complex US healthcare standards into structured, digestible learning modules and practical exercises.

Performance Coaching: Evaluate trainee progress during onboarding and nesting, offering targeted feedback and coaching to guarantee floor readiness.

What We Look For

Required Credentials:

Active USRN License (Any US State or Territory) with unencumbered status.

Required Experience:

1 to 2 years of direct Utilization Management (UM) experience in a BPO or CPO environment.

1+ year of dedicated training or teaching experience (academe, clinical instruction, or corporate training background accepted).
