Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced USRN Training Program Manager with a strong clinical background, Utilization Management experience, supervisory or managerial experience, and proven training experience in a CPO/BPO environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge-transfer and training capabilities, combined with clinical expertise and experience supporting healthcare-related processes.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of recent and relevant clinical, hospital, or similar experience.
At least 2 years of Utilization Management experience.
At least 2 years of recent and relevant supervisory or managerial experience.
Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing Program or Doctor of Medicine degree.
Current, unrestricted RN or MD license in the Philippines and/or US.
Experience in Utilization Review, Utilization Management, Coding, Back Office, Organizational Development, or other CPO-related processes.
Experience in effective knowledge transfer using Kirkpatrick Learning Effectiveness.
Teaching credentials or certification is an advantage.
Strong clinical background in areas such as orthopedics, emergency room, intensive care, neurology, occupational medicine, or rehabilitation is preferred.
At least 1 year of trainer experience in a CPO/BPO environment.
Strong management or supervisory skills.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office environment.
