Job Title: USRN QA Specialist – Non-Voice

Account: El Paso & Hartford

Work Setup: Hybrid / Temporary Work-from-Home (TWFH)

Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule

Location: Taguig | Cebu | Davao | Clark, Pampanga

Start Date: ASAP

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented USRN QA Specialist to support a Non-Voice Healthcare Account. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Utilization Review (UR), Utilization Management (UM), healthcare quality assurance, and clinical operations.

This role is ideal for an active US Registered Nurse (USRN) with experience reviewing healthcare cases and ensuring quality, accuracy, compliance, and adherence to established processes.

Key Qualifications

Must hold an active and valid USRN license.
At least 1 year of bedside nursing experience.
At least 1–2 years of BPO or CPO experience in:
- Utilization Review (UR)
- Utilization Management (UM)
- Healthcare Case Review
- Clinical Review
At least 1 year of Quality Assurance (QA) experience.
Strong knowledge of healthcare processes, clinical documentation, and quality standards.
Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working in a non-voice healthcare environment.
Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
Open to working under a Hybrid or Temporary Work-from-Home (TWFH) arrangement, depending on business requirements.
Must be available to work from one of the following sites:
- Taguig
- Cebu
- Davao
- Clark, Pampanga
