We have ongoing hiring for a the USRN Program Manager role at our BPO/CPO Partner in Taguig, Cebu, and Pampanga.

Job title: USRN Program Manager
Account: Hartford Account
Work setup: Temporary WFH
Work schedule: Flexible to work on a shifting schedule if business asks (weekends, night shift, holidays)
Salary budget: PHP 75,000 to 85,000 package
Location: All locations in the Philippines (BGC Taguig, Cebu, Davao and Clark, Pampanga)
Start date: ASAP
Headcount: 1

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of recent & pertinent clinical/hospital or similar experience.
At least 2 years of Utilization Management experience.
At least 2 years of recent & pertinent supervisory or managerial experience.
Clinical Subject Matter Expertise with the use of technical and professional knowledge and skills to accomplish results related to the process handled.

Certificate/Credentials:

USRN (Any state)
