We have ongoing hiring for a USRN Trainer in Alphaland, Makati.
Job Title: USRN Trainer (Assistant Manager Level)
Account: Healthcare
Salary: Open budget
Work location/Set up: TP Alphaland, Makati (On-site/Hybrid)

The US Registered Nurse (USRN) Trainer is responsible for the effective delivery and administration of clinical training programs for new and tenured nursing staff within the organization. This role ensures that all training content is aligned with client requirements, organizational standards, and U.S. healthcare regulations. The USRN Trainer plays a key role in developing clinical competency, ensuring training quality, and supporting operational readiness across assigned programs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Active and unrestricted U.S. Registered Nurse (USRN) license.
- Minimum of 2–3 years clinical bedside experience (e.g., ER, ICU, Med-Surg, Telemetry).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a USRN Trainer in a BPO or U.S. Healthcare account (e.g., UM, CM, Triage, Appeals, Claims)
- Knowledge of MCG/Milliman, InterQual, clinical guidelines, HIPAA requirements, and U.S. medical terminology.
- Previous experience in training, or clinical education
- Familiarity with adult learning principles, curriculum design, or training methodologies.
- Demonstrated proficiency in English communication (oral and written).
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work onsite, remote, or in hybrid training environments as required.
- Preferably with experience in instructional design or Learning & Development is a plus.
