Location: Quezon City
Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: EST / Night Shift
Salary: Up to ₱35,000 Plus Benefits
Target Start Date: July 13, 2026
ABOUT:
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate instructor-led and virtual training sessions
- Deliver training using presentations, manuals, guides, and other learning tools
- Coordinate and manage training schedules based on business requirements
- Drive continuous improvement of training processes and delivery methods
- Lead and execute specialized training projects
- Monitor training effectiveness and ensure high-quality learning outcomes
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to less experienced team members
- Serve as a subject matter expert for healthcare training program
Qualifications
- At least 2–3 years of Healthcare Trainer experience
- Hands-on experience within the Healthcare industry
- BPO healthcare training experience is highly preferred
- College graduate is preferred
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, facilitation techniques, and training methodologies
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills
