Are you fluent in Vietnamese and English?

We're hiring Vietnamese-speaking professionals for an onsite customer support role in Quezon City (Strickly for Phillipines).
Location: Quezon City, Philippines
Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Shifting / Night Shift
Headcount: 6
Target Start Date: August 10, 2026
Salary: very attractive
Sign-On Bonus: ₱20,000 + Incentives + attractive base salary

What We're Looking For
Fluent in Vietnamese and able to communicate spontaneously in a professional environment
Good working knowledge of English
Able to understand complex and extended conversations, including implied meanings
Open to candidates with or without BPO experience
Previous collections experience is highly preferred but not required
Knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process is an advantage
Willing and legally authorized to work in the Philippines

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through phone, chat, email, and other support channels.
Provide customer support in Vietnamese and English.
Assist customers with account inquiries, billing concerns, service requests, and product information.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Communicate clearly and professionally across different cultures and customer backgrounds.
Accurately document customer interactions using company systems.
Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction targets.
Build customer trust through excellent service and problem-solving.
