Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced MIS Executive to support reporting, data management, and operational performance within a BPO contact center environment. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel and dashboarding skills, along with experience supporting contact center or Workforce Management (WFM) operations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain accurate MIS reports, dashboards, and operational reports.
Analyze operational data and provide insights to support business and performance decisions.
Develop and maintain Excel-based reports and dashboards.
Support reporting requirements for contact center and WFM operations.
Track and report key operational and workforce metrics.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Identify data trends, discrepancies, and reporting issues and provide appropriate recommendations.
Collaborate with operations and WFM teams to address reporting requirements and improve data visibility.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any of the following or a related field:
- Statistics
- Mathematics
- Engineering
- Business Administration
- Information Technology
- Computer Science
2–4 years of reporting/MIS experience in a BPO environment.
At least 2 years of experience supporting contact center or WFM operations.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience creating reports and dashboards.
Knowledge of contact center and WFM metrics is preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate reports within deadlines.

Eligibility

Must be willing to work 100% onsite at Eton Centris, Quezon City.
Must be amenable to a shifting schedule.
Must be available to start ASAP.
Open to candidates with relevant BPO MIS, reporting, contact center, or WFM experience.
